I am 13 and know a lot about being healthy and staying fit. Doing push-ups or sit-ups don't always work and make people frustrated some times. Here are some important tips to follow. The first main rule to loose weight is to never go on a scale. They make you feel bad and is a false way to measure how much fat you actually have. Muscle weighs more than fat. You can have a lot of muscle and be 100-120 pounds. The second rule to loose weight is to take walks. Its hard to believe, but just 40 minute walks a day can make you loose weight and to be healthy. Each day make a different goal how long or your distance to walk or run. Take water with you while you go for a walk and drink plenty of it, water boosts your metabolism. The more you do this exercise the better you will feel each day. The last tip I have for weight loss is to have a very strict diet. Remember the food is what makes you fat. What I recommend for your diet is anything with low carbs. Try to stay below 75-100 calories on drinks and food. Examples on what not to eat/drink- any sort of pop, candy,and the fast food restaurants such as McDonalds, Burgerking, etc. Example on What to eat/drink- salad, water, eggs, tuna, certain type of fish, nuts, etc. Remember to always drink water.

Hi guys I'm zain I'm a simple teen I like sports and we all are too lazy so I'm made my own diet simple might sound hard but no I used to wieght 78 kg but now I'm 65 kg I lost a lot okay so what u need to do is. Don't eat anything up till 8:30 but only drink water and stay cool and once it's 8:30 eat sandwich Turky with salad and yogurt and fruit and do that for a month then u will lose wieght. I get u want 6 abs too by then do 20 chin ups the first day 2nd do 20again 3rd 25 then stay on they same routine for 2 months and then during those 2 months 30 push ups and 30 sit ups then I promise u will get it I'll be making a YouTube account named zainner0 and follow me on Instagram thanks trust your self during the diet and workout

1. Exercise like push up, sit ups ect
2.eat less move more
3. Set goals
4. Take control of your bad habits
5. Don't compare your self to others
6. Don't beat yourself up for making mistake
7. Take the stairs
So enjoy if you make mistake go back in track

Hi I'm 12 and I exercise a lot. Here is a some tips. One thing is when watching tv , between commercials do sit up and push ups.😃 also start eating healthy . I started to become Healthy for many reasons and one was to help people . When I grow up I want to be a personal trainer or a nutritionist.

Hey staying fit can be hard at times because you crave those chocolate cakes and donuts, but sometimes you just got to go the other way and eat right drink a lot of water and excersise cause u wont a healthy life style and want to be fit

Hi, i think that weight loss is good for people around the world. My personal jugdement is that people really need weight loss. So go try a weight loss program. A great way too get excercise is to walk. Its really simple , maybe for 30 minites to 1 hour a day. Try this and eat healthy. :)

what really helps me stay fit is a simple regime before you go to bed 5 sit ups 5 push ups 10 sit ups 10 push ups etc. until you get to 25 sit up 25 push ups its easy you have to do it every night then leave it 3 weeks and your fit .
