Selling art

I've been drawing digitally for a while now, and I really want to start selling it! I've already made prints available on my DeviantArt account, but what I REALLY want to do with it is make merch, like stickers and charms and stuff. However, I don't want to spend loads of money on this, and on RedBubble they make it for you (and you have to be 16). Is there a place where I can sell my products at 13 and make it myself. I think there's something special about making them yourself.

I normally draw manga, but sometimes in the chibi style.
