Writing Articles/ Working for charities

I would like to make a difference to the world, not necessarily looking for money... I want to write articles about my opinions about politics and science based weaponry like the nuclear bombs and about wars such as the Israel/Palestinian conflict.I am looking to add on my C.V so I wouldn't like money but a basic certificate...
